Sales Manager
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager out of our Indianapolis office to manage our team focused on service sales. The right person is passionate about people, has a proven successful sales track record and is knowledgeable in fire protection (or very motivated to learn). Your team will lean on you to ensure they hit their targets, help determine job profitability, and assist with identifying potential new markets. Success of your team = success for you and the Company.
This position manages Service Sales positions. The primary responsibility is taking ownership and management of sales within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages and regularly coaches the Service Sales Team
  • Oversee training efforts for direct reports
  • Responsible for Service sales team Financial performance and driving success
  • Managing Entertainment and Training Events
  • Managing incoming Lead Distribution
  • Assist in marketing efforts for department
  • Using Technology to Improve Processes throughout the department
  • Meet regularly with other managers to create/improve processes
  • Assist in driving and managing all aspects of employee CRM utilization to drive behavior
  • Responsible for AM past due payment/collections performance
  • Focus on improving capture rate of new construction customer to service and inspection customer
Important Skills:
Strong leader, motivator and communicator, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
Extensive knowledge in the fire protection industry is strongly encouraged
